what will happen if we only use the other ingredients w/o any water..What if shampoo has no wateras its ingredient??
it just wouldnt work. Everything like that contains water. Im not sure what it would be like though. Hm...What if shampoo has no wateras its ingredient??
If it does not contain a natural ingrediant like water then it is not helping your hair . It is just a mixture of chemical junk in a bottle.
