What ingredients should i stay away from in shampoo ??

Cos i've read so many different things. My hair is quite sensitive to the harsh chemicals, i've had to stop using Pantene cos it was making my hair fall out! and apaz thats one of the worst.


Has Dove got any ingredients in that will make my hair dry and fall out ?? Cos it's got Sodium Laureth Sulphate in it and people say thats good and some say thats bad :S Doe's it depend on the Dove shampoo cos theres loads out!


But what ingredients should i look out for anyways ??

Go to the health food store and look at what they have.. one good one is a line called KISS MY FACE....soaps, lotions and such... try that.
well i use this coconut milk shampoo from Organix and its amazing! the ingrediants are all organic, u can get it @ target
Stay away from anything called shampoo. There is alot of natural products you can use in your hair.
avoid products that have two different types of alcohol in them..it doesn't matter what types because every shampoo has alcohol in it to clean your hair. having two seperate types dries your hair out like crazy. dove works well for me, so does garnier fructis and loreal vive
